Project name: Tuvalu Health Systems Strengthening Project (THSSP) Client: Miyamoto International Project period: Thu, 17/07/2025 - 12:00 - Wed, 31/12/2025 - 12:00 Position: WASH Specialist Location: Remote support with travel to Tuvalu, Fiji Deliverables Led the end-to-end design and evaluation of climate-resilient WASH systems across Tuvalu’s national health network under the UNOPS/World Bank programme. Oversaw the development of the technical strategy, coordinated multi-agency inputs, and ensured alignment with national standards and regulatory frameworks to strengthen overall health system resilience. Conducted comprehensive WASH assessments in Health Care Facilities using the UNICEF/WHO WASH FIT tool and produced fully costed, prioritised improvement plans to guide phased implementation.

Project name: FSM Utilities Tariff study Client: Quantum International Project period: Sun, 02/02/2025 - 12:00 - Sun, 01/06/2025 - 12:00 Position: Water and Wastewater Governance Analyst Location: Remote with travel to all FSM states (Micronesia) Deliverables Directed the first comprehensive review of water governance and regulatory frameworks across Micronesian utilities, identifying systemic gaps and opportunities for institutional strengthening. Delivered a set of actionable reforms on tariff structures, asset and infrastructure management, and utility performance, directly informing and shaping the World Bank’s strategic support to the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) in the water and utility sector.

Project name: Carbon Farming and Sustainable Agriculture; Rice subsection- ASEAN Client: BAYER Project period: Sat, 01/01/2022 - 12:00 - Sun, 01/01/2023 - 12:00 Position: Researcher Location: Remote- Bangkok/ Jakarta Deliverables Led Bayer’s regional programme on carbon farming and sustainable agriculture, steering technical direction and stakeholder engagement across multiple Southeast Asian countries. Developed a flagship policy paper that advanced evidence-based approaches to carbon market participation for smallholder farmers and helped shape ASEAN-wide dialogue on climate-smart agriculture and carbon financing.

Project name: Regional study on Climate Action with MSMEs in Southeast Asia Client: Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES- Bangkok)/ UNFCCC Project period: Fri, 01/01/2021 - 12:00 - Sat, 01/01/2022 - 12:00 Position: Researcher Location: Bangkok- Thailand Deliverables Implemented a regional Climate Action survey for MSMEs across Southeast Asia for the IGES Regional Centre in Bangkok, coordinating methodology, data collection, and stakeholder engagement. Conducted in-depth analysis to identify private-sector capacity gaps and produced regional knowledge products that support strengthened climate resilience and informed policy and programme development.
